Graham leads the Technical Management team at FHP Group and has been in building services since 1988. He specialises in technical management, including due diligence, dilapidations, and project monitoring across sectors such as commercial, residential, leisure, education, and industrial. Graham has prepared expert reports and presented evidence in the High Court and Tribunals. He has witnessed many advances in the industry over the years, bringing a deep understanding and calm leadership to his role. Graham is also a key member of FHP’s senior leadership team.
Paul is the Head of Design and has been with the company since April 2008. With 34 years of experience in the building services industry, Paul has developed specialised services for Housing Associations, the Education sector, and major projects for both Local and Central Government, including the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Defence. He currently oversees the design teams in London and Bexley. Paul is instrumental in bringing teams together, thanks to his deep understanding of both clients and team dynamics. His ability to connect with people and foster collaboration makes him a great leader, perfectly suited to his role. Paul's people and client-centric approach ensures that his teams consistently deliver high-quality results that meet the diverse needs of each project.
Alasdair leads operations for our Glasgow office. With 25 years of experience in building services, Alasdair brings a wealth of knowledge from both consultancy and contracting backgrounds. His extensive portfolio includes diverse projects such as offices, schools, universities, hotels, hospitals, care homes, and district heating networks. Alasdair is known for his proactive attitude and collaborative approach, consistently driving teams to achieve their best. His go-getter mindset and dedication to excellence ensure that projects are executed seamlessly and clients receive top-notch service.
With over 40 years in M&E design and management, Steve has extensive experience from large to small projects. His career began with a national contractor and evolved through consulting, advancing from Senior Engineer to Director and leads our Leeds office. He specialises in Design and technical management covering design, due diligence, dilapidations, and project monitoring across various sectors, including commercial, residential, leisure, education, and industrial projects.

Specialising in managing large portfolios, Chris is known for his exceptional project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of complex projects involving multiple teams. He leads a strong team based in the Midlands and across the UK, dedicated to providing world-class service for EPC and EPC+ projects. Chris’s expertise and leadership are pivotal in driving successful outcomes and maintaining our high standards of excellence.
Chris is based in our London office and brings 45 years of experience in construction, with a specialisation in Public Health Engineering. As a key member of our Technical Engineering Design team, Chris excels in early project conceptualisation, critical path identification, and delivering projects to the highest standards. He leads our London Technical Design team, ensuring seamless execution across all stages. Chris’s wealth of all-round experience adds depth and nuance to every deliverable. His strong understanding of the budgetary implications of each project allows him to provide clients with a high-level service, ensuring that every aspect of the project is expertly managed from start to finish.
David leads our Bexley team with over 20 years of experience in the Building Services industry. His extensive background spans a wide range of sectors, including the Ministry of Defence, retail, leisure, hospitality, residential, commercial, healthcare, and education. Renowned for his diligence and meticulous attention to detail, David consistently delivers exceptional results. He specialises in high-end retail and residential projects, where his expertise ensures the highest standards are met.
Nash leads our Bexley team as a skilled Technical Electrical Design Engineer, playing a pivotal role in the building services design process. With his expertise as part of a MEP design team, Nash is at the forefront of driving ambitious projects forward. He oversees a team that manages a broad portfolio of electrical design work across sectors such as Social Housing, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Defense, the Department of Work and Pensions, as well as Commercial and Healthcare projects. Nash has an exceptional understanding of client needs, which has led to strong delivery and high client satisfaction. His passion for mentoring has also made him an instrumental figure within the team.
Matthew is a mechanically focused Building Services Engineer based in our Leeds office. With over 20 years of experience, he has worked on both new build and refurbishment projects across a wide range of sectors, from conception to completion. Matthew typically follows a traditional detailed design approach, with additional expertise in design and build contracts. Known for his calm demeanour—a quality that clients highly value, especially on challenging projects—Matthew has been instrumental in the Leeds office as we embark on the next phase of our journey.
